What payment method do you use?
We use PayPal, which is a safe and easy way to make payments online. You can pay with Visa, Mastercard, American Express, or Discover.
Do I need a PayPal account?
No PayPal account is required. However, creating one is easy and convenient.
When do I get to the PayPal site?
After you click "Check Out" and fill in your shipping information, you will automatically be taken to the PayPal site showing the items you have selected for purchase. Once you have completed your purchase on the PayPal site, we will receive payment confirmation and begin processing your order.
Do you charge sales tax?
For orders shipped to California addresses, we charge the California sales tax of 8.25%. For addresses outside of California, we do not charge sales tax.

How long will it take to ship my order?
Most orders will ship within 1 business day.
What shipping method do you use?
We use U.S. First Class Mail for all orders.
How much is shipping and handling?
Shipping and handling is a flat fee of $3.00 per order.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within the United States. If you live outside the U.S., please email us to express your interest.

What media do you use for the designs?
Angela uses mostly Prismacolor Premier colored pencils and black ink and a little bit of watercolor and acrylic paint.
What is the "ShareThis" link on individual card pages and blog posts?
This is a way for you to share a particular card or blog post. You can either email it to a friend, or post it on a number of social sharing sites such as Digg, Facebook, MySpace, Delicious, StumbleUpon, FriendFeed, Kirtsy, and many others. To use it, click on the "ShareThis" link, and select the method you'd like to use to share. If you like what you see, we appreciate helping us get the word out!

Do you accept outside designs from other artists?
This is something we are interested in doing. We are interested in working with friends and family, and may be open to all other artists in the future. If you're interested, please send us an email.
Are those handprints of some famous people in the logo?
No, those are our handprints. We had fun getting messy with some blue and yellow paint. The yellow hand is Angela's and the blue hand is mine.
